Crock Pot Chicken & Stuffing

I honestly don't use my crockpot that often because I truly love having that little bit of control over how things cook in a pan or on my stove rather than letting the crockpot do all the work.  :) WELL, this crock pot chicken and stuffing recipe was simply amazing, easy, and cheap. Wow....all of those adjectives in one sentence??

Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breasts
6 oz package of Stove Top stuffing mix (flavor is cornbread)
1/2 cup of sour cream (I used low fat)
1 can of cream of chicken soup (reduced sodium and fat)
1/4 cup of water

Crock Pot Instructions:
Lay down the 4 chicken breasts
Pour out the stuffing mix on top of the chicken
Mix the cream of chicken, water, and sour cream and layer on top.

Cook on LOW for 4 hours. Make sure you check out the stuffing, if it looks a little dry..add some water too it.

ENJOY THANKSGIVING EARLY!!!

Signed,
The Mrs.
