Homemade goodies










I'm SO excited to share a homemade salad dressing that I stumbled upon at Cookingfresh.com. One of the BEST.  This salad dressing is fresh, healthy, and very low in calories. The ingredients are below and the picture of what the mix looks like before stirring is above on the right.


Cilantro & Honey Salad Dressing
2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3-4 Tbsp of Honey
3 Tbsp of Lime Juice
1/2 Cup of Cilantro (shredded or whole leaves-your preferenece)
Cracked pepper to taste

Based on how many you are feeding, I always do a 2 to 1 ratio of honey&lime juice to the olive oil. *Be sure to get Extra Virgin (good quality)

Salad: Avocados, parmesan cheese, pine nuts, cucumbers and salad dressing.
