Just one year ago, The Mr. and I were pronounced man and wife. It's incredible being married. Loving someone much more than yourself and giving more of you is such a beautiful and humbling sacrifice. You lose your selfish "self," and you are able to see how much God truly loves you. God gives us a desire to love someone, and the honor of having someone love you. It humbly reminds you of God's love for us and his gift to you. I'm thankful for the Lord's gift of my husband today, tomorrow and forever.
For our anniversary, we decided to drive up the coast to Wilmington, NC. A beautiful town that reminds me of Charleston (minus the tourists). We stayed in a cute Bed & Breakfast, had great wine, yummy food and of course great conversations.
